Since we first opened, we have been dealing with nearly the same local suppliers from day one. The relationships we have built over the last 15 years have seen our business grow. As our suppliers’ businesses grow, fundamentally, our commitment to using the best produce we can source has never changed!

Patton’s Bakery, now one of Northern Irelands largest baking companies, has been our partner baker of choice since 2008, based in Newtownards.

This family-run business, headed by Warren Patton with over 25 years experience, delivers the freshest quality loaves and rolls, 6 days a week, not to mention sausage rolls and other treats, all baked with care and love, the traditional way.

When it comes to salad and vegetables, only the freshest will do!

Down Wholesale, based in Donaghadee, was established in 1968 by the Cairns family. They have been providing us with the best, local produce since our very first day. Their mantra, “Quality is the difference”, has lead to a long and beneficial relationship.

For over 70 years, Lynas Foodservice, Irelands largest catering supplier, has supplied local restaurants and eateries with an ever-growing range of products.

As a trusted name in the industry, we know that we are getting the best quality, from cooked meats to cheeses, chutneys to paninis. Our long-established relationship has lead to Lynas being one of our main suppliers.

Pinkertons of Armagh have over 50 years of experience, providing the best quality pork products processed in their purpose-built plant. So we know when we order, our sausages, bacon or pulled pork has always come from happy pigs!

Based in Newtownards, Rich Sauces is Irelands largest supplier of all things saucy! With so many topping our sandwiches, subs and salads, they are the natural choice for our menu.

Sometimes we get asked if we make our own mayo, but with over 100 litres of mayo used every week, we leave it up to these guys, and just like us, they never compromise on quality, which is why we love their range!

Our supplier, O’Neills Beverage Merchants, based in Donaghadee, premium coffee range, includes beans selected from Brazil, Honduras, India, Uganda. Working with such an experienced and local supplier, O’Neills are always on hand to pop in to carry out quality checks on our machines and refresher staff training when required!
